The Institute is based on 35 years as the pioneering force of providing direct services to several thousand parents, professionals and the courts. The knowledge and expertise accumulated is now being passed on to the second generation of this pioneering, innovative and cutting edge of solving conflict permanently. The original founders will continue to be available for about another year while they continue to insure the proper conversion of their knowledge, experience, and methods and train the next generation of Grandmaster level experts in conflict resolution and relationship enhancement. While these next generation of experts will become intimately involved in keeping this site ahead of the curve, pursuing new and further creative solutions and developing offices [for more direct services] through out the world, the original founders will primarily move on and continue to expand there unique capabilities into new challenging areas to also be conquered.

In order to do anything properly, especially when trying to understand and conquer something that never has been before, requires enormous amounts of time, talent, perseverance, money and access to real circumstances and being able to tract them over time. Because of our early phenomenal success [e.g. setting legal precedent in the NJ Supreme Court], and recognition w/in the professional communities and the desire of a segment of persons with wealth to try “to buy” what they want, we were soon seen as a possible solution to their desires. We were subsequently inundated w/professional referrals, many of whom could afford to have us conduct whatever research, analysis and investigation we deemed appropriate to try to understand the process of conflict [in and out of court] to the point of controlling and even predicting the outcome of the sequence of events [before they unfolded]! As a result of enormous amounts of time, effort and in creditable expenditures of financial resources eventually the puzzle was solved!
